Mo has struggled for a long time without help to function as an adult, maintain relationships, organize their thoughts and act on them. They wish to remember their experiences so they can put them behind them. Mo needs people to talk to and help them make sense of these experiences and bring them together into a story that helps people to understand them and their mission and struggle, and inspires them to join them in realizing that mission and getting everyone the help that they need.
There are many considerations to make in this work. How does one help someone to remember traumatic events without retraumatizing them? How does one write a memoir that is honest and engaging and not too long? How does one decide where to start and how to pace this process? Which details are important to include and which can be safely ignored?
These are some of the questions that Mo will be asking as they work to create their memoir and the standards, systems, and methods for coaches and assistants to help other people do the same.
